Inmates

For inmates, Jim has a program around advising for post prison life. He does this by teaching them crucial skills for how to be successful in the workplace. As a professor, he is also able to teach them principles in business and economics, helping them to understand the industry for when they're out. 

Jim knows the struggles that veterans face life after war. For his veterans service, he specializes in guidance on life after service. He does this by focusing on basic life skills, with a strong emphasis on adjusting back to civilian life. By focusing on these aspects, Jim is able to help veterans ease back into society while also being a mentor for issues that may vary per person. 

With 20+ years of experience in the classroom, Jim has mastered balancing educational material and life skills. Teaching classes on business and economics has allowed him to figure out the best way to teach students life skills while also helping them to understand complex business curriculum. Jim is an aid in teaching his students while also talking to them about preparing for life after university.
